This is a fantastic way of preparing Chinese chicken so that you can make a full range of Chinese takeaway dishes such as salt-and-pepper, salt and chilli, sweet-and-sour, chicken and cashew nuts, chicken in black bean, and chicken with curry sauce to name a few. You can batch prepared this chicken-based dish so that you can have ready to cook meals throughout the week just like a Chinese takeaway will do.
